Finn and Everly Shea Butter Review

Press Sample: Product given by the Company for Testing and Review Purposes

This Shea Butter from Finn & Everly smells amazing!
Not only is it home made and hand whipped but it is made from the finest and purest ingredients.
The Shea Butter I chose to review was Coconut and Lemongrass. To be honest I don't use Shea Butter, I mean I have bought it in tubes from Bath and Body works and Victoria Secrets in the past but it really wasn't all natural, so I never knew what the purest form of Shea Butter really was or how it smelled.

Until, I recently reviewed a small tub of pure African Shea Butter but it had no scent to it and it was hard solid so I was not impressed.
The way I used it was to soften my feet, so I put some in a little bowl and microwaved it and rubbed it on my feet.

Here's a description of what Shea Butter is and where it comes from the company's website:
Unrefined Shea butter - Unrefined Shea Butter is 100% natural and produced from an edible nut produced by the Shea Tree (Karite). This tree is commonly found in parts of Western and Central Africa including: Ghana, Mali, and Burkina Faso. The main varieties include: Vitellaria paradoxa and Vitellaria nilotica. The cream-colored butter offers an exceptionally light smoky aroma and retains medicinal properties, as it is unrefined. This Shea Butter also has a long shelf life of 12 to 24 months if stored in a cool, dry environment.
When I tried Finn & Everly's Shea Butter I was truly impressed! It was whipped to perfection and not hard like a block and it had the most alluring scent ever. I never smelled lemon grass before so just a whiff had my senses going in circles. This particular one is made with unrefined Shea butter, Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Grape seed Oil, Sweet Almond and Palm Oil.
With all these oils infused I was really hoping to smell more of the coconut oil but the lemon grass overpowered it. Which in a way is ok because it smells like fresh lemons but if you really want the coconut scent this one really doesn't smell too much like it.
As soon as you open the lid the lemon grass fills the room, which is nice ahhh.

So how did I use it? Well, I did what was instructed on their site.
After my shower, I rubbed it on my neck, legs, arms, elbows and a little on my hair.
It absorbed into my skin without feeling oily at all and it made my skin very soft and smelling beautiful.
The second day my skin still felt soft and had a hint of fragrance left.

I really do like this Shea Butter and a little goes along way. Finn & Everly Shea Butters come in 8 oz jars and retail for $15.00. Visit www.FinnandEverly.com
