Hello My lovely friends,
I truly believe what the word of God says in Proverbs 22:6. As a parent, I desire to train my children in the things of the Lord. I want them to know God’s word and live it. I want them not to be perfect but live a holy life and to know how to treat other people with kindness, love, compassion and to know right from wrong. Therefore, giving them a bible at a young age gets them introduced to God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit and who the disciples and other biblical characters were, what they did and how we can learn from them. I also want them to have a loving relationship (not a religion) with the Lord.
My children 11 and 13 just recently got baptized and the great thing was that I did not have to force them. They asked me if they could and of course and excitingly, I said Yes!

My 13 yr old daughter really likes it and takes it to church with her on Sundays. We do have daily bible class in our homeschool so my kids have online bible lessons but I also would like for them to read it from the book.
