Mini Loaf Pan Blueberry Muffins

I was at Home Goods recently with my beautiful mother and she got me these cute mini loaf pans by The Bakeshop by The Masterclass.

They measure at 6 L x 3.2 W x 2" deep.

I was so excited to try them with a new muffin box from Duncan Hines I had recently purchased at Walmart.

Anyway, I made this premium mix as directed and preheated my oven to 400 degrees and sprayed the pans with Bakers Joy, and filled all 4 with about 1 cup of mix in each, being mindful not to overfill them.

These blueberry streusel muffin loaves baked beautifully at 22 -23 minutes and left my kitchen smelling wonderful.

They tasted so so good, that I will be buying another box at almost 3 bucks which is totally worth it.

As for the mini loaves, I shared them with my parents and my in-laws, making these adorable and thoughtful gifts for the special people in our lives.

You should definitely give this Simple Mornings Duncan Hines blueberry mix a try if you haven’t already. This sweet treat in muffin or loaf pan form is scrumptious, moist, and goes great with either coffee, tea, milk, or hot cocoa.
