Who doesn’t love easy cake recipes that taste great?
Remember my previous post when I went to Biche restaurant and ordered a delicious chocolate cake dessert and said I wanted to to try and make it at home?
Well, I just did and it was easy and very tasty. My daughter gave it a 9 plus, she also helped me stir the melted chips. :)
I followed this recipe from the One Pot Chef on YouTube 2 Ingredient Chocolate Cake and was able to accomplish this yummy bake.
Unlike the video, I used 9 oz of semi sweet chocolate chips instead and used an 8 inch springform pan to test it too. I did notice my cake was flat so I’m not sure if it was the right size pan. hmm. 🤔
I will definitely try it next time in different bakeware to see.

Then, I paired it with the Chocolate Chip Gelato I had made in the previous post.
This was a decadent and rich dessert and with no flour needed.
Chocolate chips are the star of this cake and in the gelato.
