The Ozeri 12 Inch Green Earth Wok Review

Press Sample: Product given by the Company for Testing and Review Purposes

Ozeri and I teamed up again for another review but this time it's for their 12 inch Green Earth Wok.
This Wok is huge and it cooked my country style ribs to perfection.

This is my first time cooking in a wok so I was curious to see the results. And to test it, I decided to go big and do my country style ribs in it.

Later on, I will have to get a wok recipe book on how to get more ideas but for now the ribs passed the test because of the great feature of the wok's ability to allow you to bake in it, sauté in it, bake, broil and braise. Wow! No wonder my meat came out delish and cooked evenly.

I first oiled the Ozeri wok with coconut oil then wiped the excess with a paper towel.
Then, I marinated my ribs with some brown sugar mixture and some top secret ingrediants I can't give out. Lol

I thought while cooking I was going to have caramelized stuck on ribs but to my surprise, the juices cooked evenly without burning or sticking to the wok.

When I was finished cooking, I drizzled what was left of the juices in the wok over the ribs onto a plate and had a little bit of juice left in the wok.

I let the wok cool down then I took a paper towel and wiped it but that wasn't a good idea because it kind a left it a little sticky.

So, I just poured a little bit of warm soapy water into it and used a sponge to clean it all up.

The wok also comes with a felt pan protector to care for it while other pots or pans are stacked onto it.

Here are some more deets on the Ozeri 12 inch Green Earth Wok from their site and my delicious ribs collage:)
