Eleanor's Bench Streaming on Pure Flix



We loved her in the movie "War Room" and now she is on a new series called Elenor’s Bench on Pure Flix. I’m talking about the wonderful and talented actress Karen Abercrombie who stars as Eleanor Thomas , a Washington DC juvenile court judge who faces challenges in her courtroom and in her personal life.

I was fortunate to binge watch 6 episodes which left me wanting for more, episodes that is. 

Episode 2 was very good. It highlights a case involving a teenage girl named Star who needs medications in order to control her behavior in school but her parents cannot afford them so Eleanor advices the girl’s father to get his finances situated and leave certain things in order to get Star the help she needs.
Judge Thomas is also dealing with her aging father’s dire health outside of the courtroom and facing challenges with friendships, relationships and promises from her past in her former impoverished neighborhood. 
I definitely recommend this series! It's Drama with a capital D.
