Sebastian's Bistro at Disney Review

Blessings and Happy Friday,
Last night for dinner, my husband and I were able to experience Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in Orlando.
All I can say is, we had a wonderful experience from the staff to the delicious food.
It had a casual yet elegance ambience to it and very family friendly.
The menu may not be for everyone if the taste of the tropics is not your jam but it was surely for us.

Table for 2 with My Love 💖

The pricing is great and for us even greater because we were able to use our Disney Rewards Card.
$32.00 Adults
$19.00 Children
I was very happy that this was a pre- fixe menu and if I wanted more there was no problem.
They first start you off with these delicious:
Buttery Rolls with Guava Butter and Caramelized Onion Jam

And an exquisite salad called:

The Spice Necklace Salad
Mixed Greens and Kale with Spiced Candied Pumpkin Seeds, Tropical Fruit, and Radish with Key Lime Dressing

Then they bring:
Cilantro Rice and Beans, Vegetable Curry, and Grilled Season Broccolini
The rice was not bland at all and the Broccolini tasted like grilled steak, no lie. My hubby said it tasted like a burger. LOL
As for the vegetable curry, I never tasted it but my husband loved it.

With those delicious sides came the meat platter.Oven-roasted Citrus Chicken, Slow-cooked Mojo Pork with Mango Sambal, Grilled Chili-rubbed Beef with Mojito Relish
As of two weeks ago, I stopped eating red meat but boy did that prime rib look delish and since I don't eat this type of pork, I ate up my chicken. I thought I was going to eat more of it so I asked our lovely server if I could get seconds and she said yes but as soon as I finished my two pieces I was good. Oh yes, I say this with no shame. I brought from home a small avocado to go with my Caribbean meal. LOL it was a fantastic idea at that. I made it a dietary need that night.

After our mouth -watering dinner, We get this beauty:
House-made Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream
I had never tasted this before and I don't eat bread pudding so this was a sweet surprise indeed. It was warm and so so good and I didn't even care for the caramel. You can really taste the coconut and pineapple which harmonized so beautifully on my tastebuds.
I even brought home the left over piece and ate it for breakfast with hot cocoa.

Our server Sarah Belle was so sweet and beautiful and reminded me of a Disney princess.
The Bathroom mirror needed a photo op too, It was just so fancy.

The Caribbean beach resort is very pretty at night as well maybe one day we will book a stay but for now Sebastian's Bistro is on our top list for dining in Orlando, with no Disney park admissions needed. Yay!
