I made Gnocchi soup for the first time and it tasted similar to the Olive Garden

 Hi my lovely readers!

Fall is here and with this season comes plenty of comfort food. I tasted this fantastic soup at the Olive Garden called Chicken and Gnocchi and decided I wanted to attempt to make at home so I googled and voila it came out squisito, that's Italian for delicious.

A good soup like this filled with chicken, veggies and yummy gnocchi requires a good pot.

I bought this pot on Amazon and it is 5 times better than the pricey Cuisinart one I returned at Target. Although, I don’t put this one in the dishwasher it is easy to clean and it is beautiful and sturdy for all my soups, stews and pastas.

Here’s the link for the stock pot in case you would like to purchase one.

As for the Gnocchi recipe, here’s the link so you too can try and make this easy awesome Italian comfort dish.

didn't use thyme but I did season my chicken before I air fried it and cut it into pieces plus I used can sliced carrots instead which made it heartier.
