Winged liner method with a spoon
You can use shadow,Gel or liquid liner for this method:)
I used the shadow method...
Step 1: You will need a spoon with a straight edge
Step 2: Use the handle of the spoon, and hold it against your bottom lashes
Step3: Follow up from the lower lash-line.
Step 4: With the curved part of the spoon make a line that meets the lower line
Step 5:  Create a triangle shape.
Step 6: Fill in the triangle.
Step 7: Fill the rest of your top lash- line.
You can use a pencil liner, a liquid liner pen, or an angled brush dipped in shadow or gel liner pot
what ever method is convenient for you:) your wing can be as creative as you want as well...
