Instanatural Peppermint and Lavender Oil Review and Beauty Recipes

Press Sample: Product given by the Company for Testing and Review Purposes.

I have been curious lately on using essential oils. I already use Argan, Coconut and Olive Oil so when Instanatural agreed for me to review their oils, I was estatic because I have heard of the many healing and theraputic benefits and DIY projects these oils can provide and be used for.

First, let's mention the first oil which is Peppermint.
I have to say, it has a wonderful potent scent like a chock full of candy canes which I like.
I hadn't even opened the packaging yet and the scent just aromatically filled my bedroom as if it were in a diffuser already.
By the way I can't wait to get a diffuser lol

So, let's talk about some benefits and uses of the Peppermint Oil besides it's wonderful potent scent.

Here's a little illustrated photo of it's many uses and benefits I found on organicfacts.net

Make sure you research on any oil you plan to use for it's benefits and for it's side affects.

This post is to introduce you to these oils and to inform you of their purposes. But research on your behalf is very important to understand and choose which one is right for you.

Now, another Oil Instanatural sent me was the Lavender Oil.

This oil smells wonderful and I had a chance to experience this scent in the lavender eye pillow I reviewed and posted on here before. It was used to reduce stress and relax your senses Which in fact did actually work .

Here's another photo I found on the uses and benefits of the Lavender Oil:

So hopefully by reading my post you have been informed of the many beneficial aspects of Lavender and Peppermint oil.

These oils used with other oils and ingrediants can also be used in fun DIY's such as soaps, shea butter, lip balms, foot scrubs, makeup removers, ect.
Pinterest has so many fun recipes to use with these oils.

The 4 oz Instanatural Peppermint and Lavender oils can be purchased on www.instanatural.com

Here's a little DIY project I did with the Peppermint Oil.
Pinterest to the rescue! for this easy Peppermint Coconut Foot Scrub.

In the collage you will see I only used Coconut oil, sugar and the Instanatural Peppermint Oil to make this fabulous affordable yet aromatic luxurious scrub.

Ahhh smells and feels so good! It made my skin smelling fresh and super soft.

And one more of the many that I will be experimenting with! The Lavender Oil. This is so much fun! I seriously like these two oils:)

Ok, last DIY for this post but with the Lavender.
All I used was fractionated Coconut Oil and the Instanatural Lavender Oil.

Oh, and remember the frosted roller ball bottle I reviewed? Well I saved one and it's perfect for this DIY Lavender Coconut perfume recipe I found online.
You can also add Vanilla or Jasmine but I had neither.

Here are the easy steps just take a funnel and fill the bottle with the fractionated coconut oil and add 10 drops of the Lavender and shake. Put on the the roller ball and voila instant perfume oil for your wrists, neck or behind your ears.

I can get used to these DIY Beauty recipes and it's such a natural way of doing things by just exploring and experimenting with different oils.

I hope you enjoyed today's post!
Have fun with oils:)
